HON has better mechanics than DOTA the controls are refined (ala the hot keys) the heroes come out at a faster rate, and become more balanced at a faster rate. LOL is just plain bad, and DOTA whilst good is about the same price as HON (yes with WC3 but really? ur gonna pay that extra $20 for an expansion your not gonna use?).

DOTA 2 maybe better but $30 for over a year of gaming is definitely worth it albeit the first 3 weeks of HON will be the community but raping in the ass.

@Beastofcookies i dunno, everytime i pwn some kid i have no mana and have to wait for a rune or go back to base to refill bottles and regen, kindof annoying, not very efficient. I remember one game i went 18-3 with deadwood but still ended up losing because my team never pushed and the sand wraith on the other team got a frostwulf skull and mock which is enough to win a game, though he died 5 times to me from solo ganks
