taga alimodian man ko ah. taga nichol gid ko garing once every 1-2 years na lang ko ga uli . isa man ko ka dancer kauna dyan sa high school. lantawa lang video ko basi kilala mo ko.

i am a grad of west (wvsu), used to represent the school in the fd contest. we won several times with pieces like tinolabong, surtido cebuano, karansa, abaruray, etc., i am now based in the states. my little girls love to watch this kind of stuff. so please keep posting quality performances like these. salamat guid.
wow! karansa? OMG! gin saot ko na sang high school. gin contest namon, we even asked mam liberty poras to correct the interpretation pero we lost. last place ang CNCHS (cabatuan) that year. 2002. hahahahaha!

yup, Karansa is one of the great Philippine Folk Dances (to my opinion). Liberty Porras made it popular during my college years at the West. As far as I can recall the HS group from Leganes - she trained way back 1993/1994 won during the Regional Competition (WVRAA). That was an amazing interpretation of the dance!
huo. amo na gani nga siya gin kuha namon mag critic sa saot namon kay siya daw nagpadaog sa regional sang karansa. ahehehe. but then again, pirdi kami. hahahaha. sige lang ah. dungan man kami ya. pirde kami kay mga saot sang kontra namon, oasioas, sakuting kay patiado. patiado sang janiuay nagdaog that year.
ti aw indi man na Published ang karansa kay sadto sang guinsaot namon na nag daog kami tapos guinpaislan sang judge ang saot namon ti perdi kami eh...
