Pretty, pretty ranch home and cinderella story. Hollywood movies need to get somewhat real if they are gonna do a halfass documentary. He was also in "The Art of Getting By" and been on a bunch of TV shows. His parents were Jason Robards and Lauren Bacall. Jason Robards was a wonderful actor but not a great-looking man. He must get his looks from his mother! She was and still is gorgeous.

When she said "if I had not done this I would not have a new husband and child, she was refering to the fact that it took courage for her to leave in search of safety for her and Robbie. As a result of that courage she now had some happiness with her new family. However, her intentions were for that life to include her son, not have him taken.

She hardly forgot about Robbie. In fact she searched for him. She said she "had a hole in her side," because he was missing. When she said "if I had not done this I would not have a new husband and child, she was refering to the fact that it took courage for her to leave in search of safety for her and Robbie. As a result of that courage she now had some happiness with her new family. However, her intentions were for that life to include her son, not have him taken.

in the book the boy was never found and that bothered me...but in the movie I guess he was found by his aunt Grace..which is a better ending.

Omg! he's got all the lines.. What's a woman to do... been there... but thanks to god he wasn't a cop! It was terrible the kids will just HATE you for leaving their father but you know what... these slime balls slithery phoney cowards can't keep the facade up forever... the kids eventually end up apologizing all over the place when they get to be a little older!!
