  • u dont do pushups if u wanna really workout...if your using weights u begin with workouts like these.

  • push up work uour chest, shoulders, triceps. Pull up work your back and your bicep. Now do some abs exercises and you have a complete upper body workout for BEGINNER not for ADVANCE bodybuilder ( or powerlifter) I know what u mean. I do powerliting competition and I know that push up ain't gonna do a lot for me cuz i've been working out for more then 4 year.
