wind power is a good thing. but it's not a direct substitute for oil. ethanol is the only mass produced renewable fuel that will work in our cars. it's not a question of one or the other. both are steps in the right direction.
Look to the future. Exportation of Ethanol, MAY lead to such. and DEFINE Clean. Where does all of that corn by-product go? chew on that. From what some sources say, it is inedible, and well, it may be mulched and such, but again.. WIND doesn't need to be mulched

Corn-by product is sold as feed called ddgs. Inedible? Get your facts straight.
