@Iceblue12 use redsnow and upgrade to ios 5.01 after that just set your iPod in dfu mode , search iOS 5.01 and pick the one by iPhone arena (he has the link in desc to download) dont forget to run as administrator and back up your idevice before jail breaking ... I reccomend restoring your iPod/ so it has a cleaner jailbreak with no problem... That's what I did and I have a 4g with ios 5.0.1 firmware
