This engine with the scr is a piece of crap, it runs like its 100hp less than it is, they are constantly in the shop. This engine might be the end of cummins, they will go broke on warrenty claims, if only they would pay for lost wages while the trucks sit for weeks and months at the shop
I didn't like the dpf system it gives u allots of check lights and cost allots of money I spend $15000 and truck is 09 .. 2 time turbo and 1 time egr and 2 time dpf filter .. I thought new truck run good but it's not like it use to be .
that and it drastically increases your fuel consumption and egt's thtough the roof, its a bad joke and noone is laughing except the guy collecting your fuel bill. The agenda to not have affordable energy is very apparent with this, an egr with massive flow rates and cat converter is bad enough, now the def fluid. And the eco-faschistas want to tell us is how bad we are for wanting to live, and its good to be tossed back into the stone age.
