  • Where can we find drivers for these ones?

  • 400-600 USD??? For that price you could easily get a dual-core laptop running with 4 gigs of ram and 320gb of storage space...

TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE TARGET CONSUMERS!

  • I would rather take my 18:4 Acer into school.

  • you cant run win7 on 900 mgz

  • They shoudl have mercy and put linux on those....

  • This is just sad.... a mobile phone, (or mobile beast), the HTC HD2, has a faster processor

  • Lol "rugged" try dropping the screen on a corner of a desk and see how it holds up.

And whats up with the 3 hr. Battery? The maxumum you can get is a 5 hr.

    FAIL

  • o maglhães xD

  • @setreet yaaa! xD

  • 400 to 600??? no average person in poor countries can pay that for fuck sake!

  • i have this model min 0:59 i love this i have that portatil its asome and the most i like it its that its to much easy to take other places.

  • worst laptop EVER! it is so tiny but so THICK! WHO WOULD BUY THAT???

  • You are a bitch! Children use them at school! My sons friend uses that cause she's from Portugal!

  • Its for like kids. Portugal bought them for every student I think

  • @adamhermie actualli portugal makes them and sells them

  • you obviously think the world ends at the border with mexico.

  • Strange how their 'improvements' seem to make it more and more like the OLPC's XO v 1.0

  • the one laptop per child design makes much more sense for developing countries. Windows Xp and Microsoft Office, great! that'll keep costs down.

  • Try dropping not over a carpet, but over a marble floor.

  • it's all flash, so there are no moving parts...

  • yep laptops need to be more durable!

  • nice but still a bit superfluous, why shouldnt kids use a full size notebook right away, why giving them such a sub-sub-notebook, heavy interface programs like photoshop or 3d-animation will be a pain with small screens, just as writing notes with a small keyboard

  • this thing looks like a damn playskool computer. lol

  • Are you series? 600 bucks? I paid 700 for the 17" screen 4gb ram 180gb HD Vista running ATI Radion Having, AMD Turion64 duel core processor running Toshiba laptop I am watching this on. Who would buy this thing?

  • True, but this is small and durable. Lets see you drop that Toshiba from the hight they had in the video. I am sure it would not work well after that. Anyways the EEE is way better than the classmate. Its also only $199-$400.

  • If I were an african village...

600 buck peice of GIGANTIC playschool toy.

or an MSI Wind, EEE PC, or DELL Mini 9, all for under 500.

    hmmm....

  • u see there was the mac book air

now this is mac book rock lol

  • hahaha punkslife

  • mac book air!!!!

  • Ugliest computer I've ever seen.

  • 400-600 not bad for a laptop.

  • there's a magical thing called the Eee PC

  • That is sooo UGLY!! If i had that, I would NEVER take it to class.

  • HaHa how much
