I had a foot down the rabbit hole myself. Did some weed. If I had done Crystal Meth, I'd be screwed. Instead I'm on my way to a bachelor degree with good grades. If there had been crystal meth where I lived when I was young and did weed, I'd be in that dentist chair, not here where I am now. The road to Crystal Meth is really, really short. I've never used the drug meth, but have seen and known a lot of people that have. out of most os those people are KIDS!!!!!!! i have asked all of them why they do it and the answers are; my parents do it and i picked it up from them, there's nothing else to do in the community but smoke meth, my parents don't pay attention to me. mitchtvnet is a hero to me because hes trying to make a difference. i wish he would do this in missouri too.

Not new at all!!! also known as tweek, crank, etc. it is in Exctacy, and ,mixed with aother drugs like cocaine, speed. it is mainly smoked but can also be injected...i guarantee if you check with your local law enforcemnt, they'd tell you how bad and big of a problem it is...so many other crimes come back to meth use

That being said, I did experiment with drugs. I was too afraid to do anything I thought I could get addicted to though. None of my friends did it and they actually look down upon me when I did do it. I was young and didn't care about anything. I still suffer from depression, but I see professionals about it and it's under control now. It really makes me sad to see people turn to this drug. I really can't even begin to understand why anyone would do meth.
Well they have to know there's consequences doing anything, you know? They need to be more educated. Make them watch these videos. That's enough for it to be non-appealing to me. I showed my 11 year old these videos and she was scared and disgusted by it.
I think all schools should drill this info into both students and parents' heads. I've notice everyone in this video said counselors and/or school officials didn't recognize the problem or at least have the guts to do anything about it. When I was in high school, I was severely depressed (I wasn't on drugs) and my teachers and counselors noticed it right away and put me in "peer" counseling and what not. I had to speak with them every week, it seemed like.
I am happy to see people making an effort and coming together to get the word out. I wanted to make a point that this drug market is being cornered by the pharmaceutical industry too. I began using meth in the form of Adderall that, at 26, my doctor still pushes on me. I moved on to snorting the pills and then crystal. Adderall is known amongst users as "poor mans meth".
