Speaking of 'open government' back on August 19th, we submitted a Legislative Open Records Act request for info concerning to the people's business related to AB144. He had 10-days to respond. It has now been 27-days in complete violation of Government Code 9070. This man is nothing more than a lying Pig Politician that says one thing and does the other.
Is anyone else getting this? Anthony Portantino is currently in VIOLATION OF Government Code 9070 with the state of california.
