Another question for you, where did you get the muffler for those pipes? I think I have the same stock headers, but I have a quiet muffler on mine.

Got a quick question for you. Is that the stock pipe coming off the cylinders down into the collector? The reason I ask is I'm getting ready to put my stock 2 into 1 exhaust onto my 883R that has forward controls on it, and I was hopping the I wouldn't have to go back to side controls in order to do so.

@Sonor05 That is the stock Screamin' Eagle pipe. The forward controls are not HD though. They are some aftermarket brand. I know that the HD forward controls might have clearance issues....

@ISPPerformance Thanks for the info, I think I might have H-D forward controls, I'm not sure because I'm not the one that put them on. I'm hopefully getting my stock exhaust soon so I'll be able to see if I will have clearence issues.

im looking at buying the same bike on craigslist, but that just doesnt seem loud enough for me. did you remove the baffels. or are you the legal kinda guy? im not trying to be the loudest asshole on the block. i ride in heavy traffic. loud pipes save lives. please let me know

Looking at buying an '03 883R. I see you have forward controls on your's. I was told it can't be done!  How did you fit forward controls on it? Thanks man

The forward controls were on the bike when I bought it, and I do not know what brand they are. You can get forward controls for your bike, the biggest concern is your exhaust. Some exhausts get in the way of the forward controls. If you need any pics of my controls I would be happy to take them for you.
