@drakeyon @ndileonardo @Boomer11170 @NekosageXX I believe his name is Mr. Shiina, and the guy #184 at 2:48 that knocks him over, I think is Mr. Kokubun. Mr. Shiina competed for many years 10+. Very clean technique. Sorry about the duplicates.

@Boomer11170 I saw him compete in the JKA ShotoCup hosted by ISKF during the 1990s. He is as good as he seems on this video.
