im from tijuana,i got busted with 9 grams, spent 2 days sleeping on the floor with 8 other guys in a half toilet watered flooded cell.... cuz the water flush got stucked, paid 4000pesos (around 350 buks) if i didnt.. they were going to take me to jail.........and u know everyone in mexico is poor so u can imagine what 350 bucks affects everything.....sigh...now i have to sign some stupid shit once a week for 2 months......this is so unfair :C ..but in the end .. im just glad im back home :)

Prop 19 doesn't legalize anything. "Regulate, Control and Taxation" doesnt sound like legalization at all does it. the word "legalize" is not contained anywhere in Prop 19. This is a sucker bill to sign away rights for the ability to buy joints at 7/11. Its sets a horrible standard if passed for other states. Prop 19 says you really cant grow your own, and if you do almost impossible and local governments can bypass search warrant with "code enforcement" reasons. VOTE NO on 19

As a out of work general contractor, I have managed to keep my family off welfare and in our home for the last year by growing and providing medical marijuana at wholesale prices direct to patients. So, I have spent DAYS researching prop 19 and have concluded it does much more harm than good. Neither I nor any of the other growers I know are getting rich in fact, we are barely making it.
