Linux graphical interface is 100000 times better than Vista and Windows 7 ....
And faster than XP ....
It's a great OS... But the problem there is no support for it from greedy corporations...
And difficult to install applications on it...

hi, maybe someone could answer me why ubuntu is used more than kubuntu when kubuntu has such a more friendly feel moving from windows?, I tried ubuntu and I much prefer the "classic" feel of kubuntu . . all replys to this comment really appreciated thank you in advanced.

fedora 9 with kde4 suxx! the desktop is very bad! and you cant make a rightclick to make a link to an application...WAIT FOR KDE 4.2!!

no, it working fine on kde4. just go to multimedia --> gtk-recordmydesktop

This is KDE 4.0.0. I think the developers would agree that there is no "final version", but this is the 4.0 release. Its rough around the edges, not all the features are there yet, it needs a lot of love but all the heavy lifting has been done. This is just the beginning of something great. =D
