i tried this although the splitter didn't have cables... it just looked kinda like a Y and it was just one-piece and it didn't work... i bought the 'Metal Pedal' from wal-mart and tried using it along with my rock band pedal on my rock band 3 drum set and it didn't work, just made it worse... help?

the spliter thing never really worked, because if one pedal is held down then the other doesnt work so u have to hit lift foot and hit the other with other foot lifted so it makes it way harder, i tried it for gh5 lol but the new rb drumsets and GH drumsets have the option for double bass pick ups:)

for the ion my roomate has done this you need to have a smart splitter that runs off a button cell batter the splitter cost $20 i believe and it works amazing the ion with a normal splitter will only recieve one bass signal at a time and thats why the normal splitter wont work but the elctric one will switch each signal over and it works smoothly! anyquestions mail me
