in left4dead2 theres smth called incendiary ammo... so when u take it, the zombie u shoot catches fire... theres also zombie who are immune to these fires and they are called hazama zombies.. an example would be at 0.16 the dude in the suit

? when i was playing the campaign on the demo version i only saw normal infected zombs , hunters, chargers, spitters, jockeys, boombers, smokers,and witches thats all i dont recall shooting ppl then they turn on fire.

@TheSinPin That is because the haven't featured it so people can pick it up. It is the incendairy ammo that is doing the fire effect. You can do it in the demo if you have the console on and sv cheats to 1. Then type upgrade_add Incendairy ammo. (PC ONLY)
