  • 1:08 "there's so many people out here"

lol it was saturday night at 1030 on south u of course theres a bunch of people. that building has been vacant forever.

  • I live in university towers and that day was really horrible. I think even the crime rate in AA is lower than average of Michigan, there are still a plenty of them. Alertness emails are often sent to students to inform new cases of sexual assault, robbery around. I am still skeptical about the causes of fire, but hope it won't happen again as U towers a very old residential building as well.

  • I think south university has a much higher crime rate then most places in ann arbor for some resone, could it be all the young people ?

anyway i think i get it town now, most parks of town have a very low crime rate and what left

have some what of a high crime rate, people always get stabbed on south u.

  • @goodozog people always get stabbed on south u? i've never heard that before. i think downtown especially that area which is full of restaurants and bars is extremely safe

  • @WaterWorldMI well, I don't think it's so safe at night but then again it isn't Detroit.

  • @dickson4252001 the propetry crime rate in Ann Arbor is about the same as Michigan average and violent is lower.but at the same time miller manor has a little more violent crime,if you've been following the news also there where a few "very" violent crime committed on south u in the past but no murders.

  • Went to school in Ann Arbor....fuck Ann Arbor...epicenter of yuppies. Little idyllic bubble removed from reality .

  • Either your memory of Ann Arbor isn't as good as you think it is, or you have a misunderstanding of the definition of yuppie. Do you mean hippies?

  • no, i mean yuppie. although, i met a couple yuppie hippies too. you know the kind, poser hippies...not real hippies--just affluent yuppies with dreads and bad hygiene who asked their parents for weed money.

  • sounds like hippies to me. Stop being daft, retarded and stupid at the same time. And we're so removed from reality, your little closed circle called a mind can't take in someone elses opinion? Fuck off.

  • eat a dick bitch and get fucked by an elephant--how's that for opinion faggot?

  • @okturus thats what uofm is like, and of course the grads are yuppies, but a lot of the people who don't live downtown and aren't affiliated with the school are cool people

  • Ann arbor has a low violent crime rate but not the lowest i think ,it's funny how people have a false scene of security ,people get stabbed on south university all the time .

affordable housing still exist on the north side we have blue collar worker living here.

  • I live in Saginaw and I don't think I've ever been to Ann Arbor but I know what you mean. I can't stand yuppies. My friend went to school in AA too and lived there for about 5 years. He kind of turned out that way too.

  • @alexandermakrianis ann arbor is a place where the poor are surround by the rich in there small sections 8 apartments.

  • arson? - or maybe a homeless campfire? I know that place was 'occupied'...

  • Holy shit that sucks .... THANKS $ THE VIDEO STEPH !

  • I'm really sad to see that building destroyed, but at least it was vacant.

I hope Momo Tea didn't take too much damage from all of this. That place practically just opened.

  • It doesn't matter. Momo Tea sucks. :/

  • No way, that place is great. Though, I guess you have to like bubble tea.

  • I do, and I was disappointed. I also find the prices to be kind of steep.
