  • I love charlie but. Gaddafi wasn't a lunatic he just had style and was a good leader all the media lies mad him into a ''monster'' and facist but in reality he was a good leader and the cia backed lybian rebels are now killing each other for control epic fucking fail!

  • Well the "Kaiser Chiefs" made an album called "I predict a Riot", so I see the connection. It all flims together like a magic eye picture, telling you to stab your girlfriend

  • i wonder if some 'protestor' take guns & ammo's and go shoot to the police in uk. will nato bomb the uk ?

what kind of protestor get 14,4mm guns and RPG ? what kind of protestor setup right away a centralised bank ? khadafi biggest error was to plane exporting his petrol in 'dinnar' gold instead of the value-lesss dollars printed from thin-air. strangely when someone want to use something else they are presented as fachist/terro/etc and btw please look at the lockerbie evidence its a joke

  • @madtrade I don't think the analogy would really work unless Britain repeatedly killed the protesters.

  • ITALY!!! WHY YOU HATE ITALY?!!! HE'S SO FREAKING AWESOME!!

  • Let's face it, the only reason NATO went after him was because he refused to sell his oil. Don't look surprised, I'll give you an ecxample: Syria...

Do the research, Bashar Asad had ordered his army to shoot at protestors numerous times by now, and the only reason you didn't hear this from the news is because your governments don't give a damn, because Syria has no oil.

  • @galex50 we hear about Syria repeatedly from our news, everyday. Assad sent tanks into Homs only a couple of days ago. All news agencies report it, but our governments don't care, unfortunately for exactly the reason you mention.

  • @Ostrogothicus You correct his smaller error but confirm his massive error "Syria has no oil" because that is convenient for your worldview. If you had even bothered to check any facts before constructing your theory, you would know that actually Syria has plenty of oil and its economy is in fact heavily reliant on the export of the stuff, despite this the EU has placed severe sanctions on Syria's exports, including oil. The fact is, in this case it's not about the oil.

  • @galex50 When will idiots stop spouting their ignorant conspiracy theories about oil? What, you think all that oil infrastructure Gaddafi maintained was just for domestic consumption? Does every Libyan have a private jet? Or maybe he was just pouring it down a hole somewhere? No he has been selling it to us FOR DECADES! Seriously these oil conspiracies are mad, so he's selling the oil to us, then we support an uprising via air to STEAL the oil (somehow ??) we were already getting ??

  • @galex50 And Syria has plenty of oil, its economy is heavily reliant on its export. One minute the nutcases say, "SEE! we intervened in Libya because it has OIL!" the next minute they're saying "SEE! We're NOT intervening in Syria because they have OIL!". Oil IS a motivator in politics, as the friendly treatment of Saudi Arabia shows (and indeed the rehabilitation of Gaddafi) but it is not the SOLE motivator, and it is only a factor in circumstances that would make some economic sense.

  • tony blair gave gaddafi a hug in 2007? hmm.... big surprise there..

  • Loved this show but it always felt like they'd overrun and had to rush through everything

  • @CJCMurray Totally agree, it would be better if it was on the BBC so they wouldn't have to keep rushing things in order to make room for adverts.

  • @therur I think the reason they didn't do that is cause Jimmy usually exclusively works with channel four so maybe they just had to

  • You have to hand it to Gaddafi. He's made himself the enemy of dogs, cats, rats, mice, cockroaches, America, Israel, Italy, Britain, drug pushers, tribal lords, bearded men, the CIA, the BBC, al-Qaeda, Al Jazeera, Al Jarreau, the Kaiser Chiefs, Jenson Button, Little Chef, Skeletor, Bananarama and Rastamouse, and he's still alive and kicking.

  • @PtolemyAFX No he's not ;)

  • @sonny247 Well, speak of the devil.

  • @PtolemyAFX Unfortunate timing with your comment there chap.

  • I knew Jenson Button was behind it all! Proof!

  • "This is the ethical equivalent of rimming Voldemort in public"

That line just killed me XD

  • demented tramp at the cafe window, I almost fell out of my chair

  • This show would have been so much better without the studio audience clapping at anything & everything.

  • @djanny21 I'd watch Charlie birthing a nuuty shit, but I can't watch this seals-in-a-studio rubbish.

    Arp! Arp! Arp!

  • Brilliant. Love the cribbage/tramp/window line.

  • it's good that he has great exposure through this though.

  • Her really isnt designed for a studio audience. He works so well when he is ranting in the guardian or one of his shows on bbc

  • @josephclough hes best whatever he does

    ;P
