  • What would you call this? Insurrectionary anarchism? Situationism? Nihilism?

Whatever it is, it's pretty fuckin' amazing.

  • Well You said You wanted to Destroy Japan &Scrap it all. Now with any luck Your Dream is about to come true. Is there anything at all we can do to help things along now? How about we bomb a few of the Reactors that are still intact. If we can get those to start leaking out a lot of Radiation that should help things along quite nicely. One melts & gets another one started & so on & so on. A Daisy Chain of Nuclear Death. It should make Hiroshima & Nagasaki look like Childs Play. Millions will Die!

  • @ZEEMADMAN You say you want to kill millions of Japanese? You're American too! No one is surprised. You love to kill people anywhere. If I get him right his speech is about you. The majority of Japan (America) has to be destroyed so he asks the minority of Japan (the Japanese) to vote for him. There are other videos that explains more of his ideas. If he was just a lunatic he wouldn't have got so many votes.

  • He is quite right at some points. I would actually vote him

  • If I as majority guy could do a speech defending the rights of the left-out minorities I would do it.

  • mmmhhhhh, that guy wants Japan to be destroyed ?

I think I better do not try to understand this ....

  • He makes some good points, and the extreme nature of his speech is the vehicle to make his points heard. It apparently worked to some extent.

"I have no single constructive proposal" That alone will get him my vote!

  • This is the guy that M.I.A. plays at the beginning of her concerts =)

  • It makes me happy to realise that I understand a lot more of this speech now compared to the first time I saw it over three years ago. For in much wisdom is much grief: and he that increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow. Maybe I should go back to studying French.

  • @mulattoraver

Like you I watched this video some years ago (I think) and there's a huge difference. The first time I mostly found it funny. His bald head, they way he talked and the things said made me laugh. I laughed because I didn't understand. Even now it's still kinda comical - one "crazy" guy ranting about everything broken about Japan (most of the Western world tbh). It's cool how he's doing it in a jokey way but he's also deadly serious. Now I slightly understand what he's talking about.

  • If any politician in the US gets up and says "I don't have a single constructive proposal" he's got my vote.

  • He's nuts, all right!

  • He has a point.

  • He's saying it's bad that the minority's views are not respected by democracy, but if he had his way, the majority's views would not be respected.

That's totally hypocritical! If it's wrong for a small number of people to be ignored, isn't it worse for a large number of people to be ignored?

Since his efforts are at best absolutely futile (by his own admission), why not spend his time educating the majority, if his views on the country's problems make any sense?

  • Watching this I thought this guy was a prankster doing some sort of Andy Kaufman performance art stunt. Somehow it's even funnier knowing this lunatic takes himself seriously.

  • It's Kira!

  • Only the stupids and political blinds can't understand what Toyama san talk about. The politician are corrupted; the japanese culture is eated for america culture. The good Japanese peaple are not popet, are strong. Some peaple call Toyama Nazi, but all World think the same about the international politics. I'm not Japanese, but in my country we are tired too.

  • this shis is retarde

  • They tell us we live in a free society, yet they lock this guy up for 2 years for stating his opinion. They send soldiers to afghanistan to be killed for the banner of freedom, They put ccv tv cameras every 5 yards for your own protection, gordan browns even trying to put microphones in lampposts, wait for it TO STOP TERRORISM !!! really it's never for your protection, and people still say 1984 is a work of fiction. When are people going to wake up and decide they arent going to take it anymore

  • he's right in what he's saying, in a democratic government they make you believe that every opinion counts, but really only the majority opinion counts, if your part of the minority your vote is essentially useless. He's right fuck them, if your part of the minority rise up and make those opinions count, he even says give me your pointless vote, because it wont change shit anyway, i'd vote for him because i bet he has some badass V for Vendetta style shit up his sleve.

  • How's your vote useless? At least you're making a statement by officially supporting your cause. Losing 49:51 is better than 0:100, because more people will consider the minority opinion the closer the ballot is.

If none of the minority vote, the majority result is 100% and they and the media think "ok, there were NO objections to our viewpoint, so there's no other opinion to even consider".

And if you don't want to do that, at least make a spoiled vote in protest, for the same reason!

  • It's an old joke but this guy is basically the Godzilla party. CRUSH KILL DESTROY!

  • he sure sounds like a fascist to me. nothing left-wing about him.

  • the guy wants to be elected, which means be accepted by the abominable majority. uber contradiction.

  • Imma vote him. You guys should do that too, just for the lulz. Face it, the world has been boring lately, seeing a revolution or two won't hurt.

Doing the impossible, seeing the invisible, touching the untouchable, breaking the unbreakable. I, for one, welcome our new revolutionary overlord. Row row fight the powah!

  • Left-wing fascist?

Fuck me Americans are so stupid.

  • lol next the jewish nazi

  • Hey, pardon me, but wasn't the BNP polling at 15 to 20% in some dark areas of good old "Engerland" for the recent elections? ...And you now have a BNP representative in the E.U. Parliament?

Obviously, you have a good supply of imbeciles on hand yourselves...

  • Thats a good thing.

    Smash the reds.

  • lulz at your fails

  • you got that right haha

  • Yeah "left wing fascist" a combination of words that I've only heard americans use, and it puzzles the hell out of me. What are they teaching in those schools over there?

  • One they teach duckmonster is that Hitler was a National SOCIALIST.

  • The national socialists where not socialists, the confusion there is an artefact of translation, not political positoon. They where inspired by musolinis fascists, an undeniably right wing anti-socialist group, espoused corporatism and had as a central policy plank killing socialists and communists. One of the first things they did was smash the unions. The NAZI party didn't have a single left wing policy. No reputable historian disputes this.

  • he's got MY video

  • Comment removed

  • i thought his name was bob.

  • Dude has some valid points about the suppression of the minority and the shortcomings of democracy, but as he himself said he doesn't have a single constructive thing to say. I would genuinely like to hear his idea of an ideal society, if he has one, because his complaints against the status quo are very intriguing. However I think there's a good chance he's just an angry dude who hasn't thought past destruction

  • To all the know it alls who think this guy is not Japanese. He is. I lived in Tokyo. He's a well known nut there.

  • oyyyyyy

  • LOL!

  • This guy is extraordinary. So, we live in democracy? really? in the land of freedom of speech? that is what they say about the communist countries where people cannot speak up. So how come they sent him to jail for 2 years for expressing his opinion about the system?

  • Are you from Japan? or Tokyo County? I'm confused. What's your question? I know Japan is a democratic monarchy with parliamentary representation. I know their constitution gives citizens right to freedom of speech but despite constitutional rights I don't know their laws against sedition, and I am not so naive to think that a government ANYWHERE would not go to great lengths, despite citizen's rights, to silence them, imprison them or whatever if the government thought they were threatened.

  • Fuckin awesome. He should read stories to children.

  • Some thing tells me he lost...

  • dude totally agree iamjapanichiban is probably not japanese, but most likely some white dude sitting in front of his computer watching Haruhi and Luckystar all day. His placement of english is... well stereotypical Chinese english... Thats not how Japanese ppl speak english

  • thats Ingerish to you pal

  • chapachupa is he...

then again if you and your countrymen had had two nuclear warheads dropped upon their heads

    what would your sentiments be?

worthless countries encompass the globe. let's face it that guy, what was the film in which the bloke running for election's slogan was "don't vote for me"?, is the only politician to actuall y make any sense and state a fact - that voting is for the folk who are tracked down by right wing malitia and shot....

    libertade

  • ugly buga ine cant understand a word he says either haha looks like the small fat fella of dragon balls z haha... very mature of me.

  • Other than the fact that the video is over a year old, the reason nobody is replying to your previous post is that you sound like a somewhat ignorant anti-Korean activist, and while I won't disagree that Japan has plenty it needs to improve on, if you think your views represent those of 99% of Japanese I'll upgrade that from somewhat to very.

  • I consider your perspective very deeply. But I am not ignorant anti-Korean activist! Korea is first anti-Japan! I know so many Korea sub-Asian dog that want to destroy the Japan empire. But they dishonest! Every Korean dog on youtube say "I not anti-Japan" but they are, you must know this. 99.999% of Korean dog slave is anti-Japan. They make accuse to Japan for war crime in WW2? that is crazy. Why we must apologize for nothing we do. Look at Korean people what they eating! Kimchi is slave food!

  • I have no interest in a flame war so this is all I'll say: I don't believe I've *ever* seen a rebuttal that so effectively made the point of the other side. Wow.

Also, for the record, kimchi is quite tasty if you've ever had it--me and my Japanese wife eat it occasionally, along with the fine regional cuisine of a number of other Asian countries.

  • I even surprise that you reply the second time. perhaps you no sense yet my tone. I not making great point. Some things you don't understand and I cannot justify with words what my heart is feel. I know in my bone that Korea is sub-Asia. You should know this if your wife Japanese. You point out that I being ignorant so that I end up proving your side. I'm no interested in proving any side at all. I just putting comment my perspective, if you don't like it then don't use public website.

  • you upload video in public domain. you having option to disable comment or even you can take down video. but you complain that i commenting because simply you disagree with me? that is strange logic. what is your race by the way? I don't think you are Japan blood.

  • I don't believe this guy is really a Japanese. No Japanese would name himself "IamJapanichiban" . Ichiban is the word that non-native speaker would use to describe "No.1". he is just playing stupid Japanese. Do not believe " i am japanese---I represent japan" kind of stuff on internet.

  • @Mako115 Well she's not really Japanese if she's not actually Japanese in Japan. Also, he's right. Koreans are horrible horrible animals, they're actually from south east Asia, and they act like they're so great.

  • @JSona100 Boy this video keeps drawing random racist comments even three years later. I'm impressed.

Your comment is particularly amusing in its ignorance since the Yaoi branch of the modern Japanese ethnic is probably closest to Koreans in origin than anywhere else in Asia, and the Jomon portion of course came from Southeast Asia. There's a reason Koreans look more like Japanese than natives of any other Asian country.

Also, it's irrelevant, but "she" is in Japan right now, so yes, Japanese.

  • @Mako115 Yaoi is gay.

  • @IamJapanIchiban Isn't Japan a state of Korea?

  • @IamJapanIchiban You insane racist arsehole.

  • You are looking the number 1 reason why Japan is number 1! This respect guy is not joke. this respect guy is tell the japan that we are need the change to make the better island! also, fuck Korea!!

  • ok.. this has to be fake

There is no way this guy can go over 5 minutes without blinking

  • i cant watch this video

    anyone want to chat I2

  • i love them Japanese

  • I bet everyones thinking "this guy is a dictator" but I highly doubt it considering that all dictators have never bean this blunt and have never had trouble getting there power. soooo, i think of this guy as a rebel rather than a dictator.

  • He's just read a bit of Nietzsche and got excited. Democracy has lost its power, if it ever had any. Merely a symbol, but a needed one. Business is the only social system, consumers unite!

  • York and Baltimore Maryland - US. We will defeat the NWO, and the Federal Reserve, the World Bank, Bank of England, and Free Tibet and Stop Codex Alimintarius.

Unity, Freedom, Peace, Divided we fail. young or old, of any race, or any sex, of any place or country. Free Australia, Stop the War on Drugs, and much more.

  • Yeah!!! hahahaha!! hes fuckin right !!!

  • lol, probably the only politician who goes "vote for me...or don't, elections don't matter anyway."

  • Those of you who arent stupid American sheep join me

  • not stupid but canadian american ...I am already with you , we just havent ever met.

  • 3:40 lol

  • loool

  • this guys not a fucking joke you guys are mad because you are sheep followers and you dont like to be insulted. He is not trying to be a leader hes trying to get rid of leaders and he doesnt even consider himself a politician in the sense that you people think of

  • Look, it's the guy from Dexter.

  • diversafy ur bonds nigga

  • Near the end of the video when he says "Yatsura bibiru, watashi mo bibiru".. A more accurate translation would be: "They will be frightened, and I too will be frightened".. Not they will "freak out". "They will be terrified" would have also worked better. If he didn't give the finger at the end, I'm sure he would have received more votes, but then again I guess he didn't make this video with any plan to win.. After all, it's just a festival in his mind.

  • You're right that some variant of "afraid" would have been more accurate than "freak out," but if memory serves I was going with what I thought was the feel of his comments, particularly since it was punctuated by giving the cameras the finger. Admittedly, it's probably also not what he would have said were he giving the speech in English (which via official subtitles he HAS done on YouTube now).

  • wel someone needs a hugh

  • well... this is one way to be famous for the rest of your life... or infamous. w/e.

haha... i wonder how the votes came out. if the other candidates sucked, they'd vote for him as a joke and he'd actually win. xD

  • lol, friggin nuts

  • Destroy All Haters!!!!!!

  • that was a good speech

  • "I Will Freak Out Too"

    LOL

  • I'm scared.. o.o" xD

  • FUCKING AMAZING

  • he's got my support.

  • hahahah I would vote for him

  • Hail Illaparatzo !

  • He is a self-styled fascist.

  • lol @ 3:40 i gotta learn japanese

  • whats wild is he said, "call me"! oh if you want to overthrow the government...give me a call i'll probably be done with dinner about 8PM tonight. imma send him a link for an anytime answering service he's gonna need it!

  • ouais mon gars, j'aurais voté pour toi

yeah buddy, I would have voted for you

  • eeeeeeeeee gaijinyakuzza reporting for duty

  • i honestly believe the subtitles were real, most of the subtitles matched up with his language and also facial and body expressions, especially at the end when he puts up his middle finger, wow 5 stars

  • ok, what did he really say? those subtitles are obviously fake.

  • You're welcome to learn Japanese or find someone else who speaks it well enough to follow him if you don't believe my subtitling, but I can assure you that's exactly what he's saying.

If you want more evidence about how nuts the guy is, do a Japanese search on YouTube for his name--you'll get dozens of mashups. This was like the Series of Tubes speech in Japan.

  • yah all thats great and all. but what did he really say?

  • that was fucken funny! reminds me of that rastafarian dude who wanted to become a governor of california or smth like that to legalize marihuana.

the only thing i didn'T get was, what minority did he talk to? i mean there's hella lot of minorities like homos, nazis, metalheads,pot-smokers,communists and somehow from his speech you couldn't understand what type of minority he actually belongs to.Cause as far as i know u can't be an ultra left and a fascist simultaneously like the description says

  • i am agree with what he said.

  • i want to marry him and i'm a guy

  • eww

  • He has my vote. Amazing. かっこいい男や!頑張るぜ〜

  • the real question, is he crazy or are we crazy for calling him crazy?

  • this was beautiful. he knows my pain.

  • i don't understand subtitle pls

  • japanese cointelpro, this guy's there to get their red and blue lists together

  • I heart this Guy.

  • LMAO XD

  • ''I don't have a single constructive proposal'' Hahahahaha!

  • Everything he said is true. I'm American and I know 100% that my vote doesn't matter. Why? I'm neither white or Christian, that's why.

  • get er done

  • SEIGE ZION!

  • ????????????????????????????

  • I like how the video compression trips out and occasionally applies a mosaic filter on his shiny bald.

  • I love how his given name and surname are written with the characters for "mountain" (yama) and "one" (ichi.) Seems so basic and yet so effective

  • You don't need destroy this country.

Bureaucrat rules all things in Japan.

    Destroy bureaucrat!

  • I guess what I was trying to say there was that the 'Nazis' were patriots. Patriotic like we are, but desperate like we aren't. How long will it take before we are, though? Will you, too, wait for that to happen before you act?

  • Surely not the people who, given the right to fix what was wrong, won't. Or, given the ability to, can't. Surely not the people who think it'll be better, but do nothing. Not I, not you, not anyone. Shameless.

  • In short, the National Socialists did what Americans are too damned afraid to do. They exerted their power to FIX what was wrong. Though their blame was rather misplaced, their aim was true, and in the end, it worked. I would rather murder and pillage, to fix what is wrong with our country and be labeled a murderer or a hater, or a war monger, than sitting idly by while everything burns to ash around me. "It's only an economic slowdown," but brought on by what? Surely not the people.

  • I agree with a lot of what you're saying, though we have to remember the consequences of World War II. Germany would have been stripped back to nothing with a failing economy just as it was after the rotten Versailles Treaty. The only reason it was rebuilt was because Great Britain and America (and eventually France as well) wanted Germany to be strong to fight against the new threat of Russia. Had it not been for that, Germany would have been royally screwed again. o_O

  • It's important to note that people didn't follow Hitler because "omfg jews," but because of the fact that what should have been working wasn't. After the Versailles treaty, Germany was absolutely boned. In fact, I'm fairly sure that, if it weren't for Hitler, Germany would still be in a financial mess, instead of what it has developed to, today. Being a National Socialist was not *really* about hating Jews, or hating in general, but about bringing stability back to a once-great country.

  • hahaha

    yes.

  • Sad. Its a good thing he is so *clearly* anger and destruction motivated--because the same kind of mental-illness motivated fervor could have been quite attractive to people if it is teemed up with any kind of sensible, or semi-sensible program of reform of some kind of problem that people are desperate for.

This vid reminds me of nothing so much as Hitler's speechs.

Its also sad that folks who see problems can sometimes be too far gone to do anything about them, like this man is.

  • I agree with you.

  • the ironic thing is this speech does have merit as a lesson in political ideology, his point stands, an election is in fact a festival of the majority.

and because of this it stands in the interest of the minority to not have that election, however his one problem is that he ask the minority to band togethor, but if this happens then they become the majority.

in conclusion democratic politics is a neverending party for 51% of any given populace

  • Agreed. There is some truth in his speech.

"In the end, elections are just a festival for the majority."

To make real change you need to over throw those in power.

In this particular case, I'm uneducated on the specifics with the current government and overall situation in Japan.

However, given the nature of his speech and with the information provided within the description, I think it's safe to say this gentleman wasn't breast feed.

  • Voice does not match face.

  • FTW!

  • Shokun!!lol

  • The world is full of nut cases.

    btw what is anarquism?

  • He's not actually an anarchist (they want life without anyones control) and he just wants to crash the country. He wont think about building new one or creating new community he just wants to destroy and set chaos. When such ppl are in power they wont stop until there is nothing else to destroy. Damn nut cases! don't you think?

  • Is this the new emperor of the japanese master-race or what?

  • the minority is 0.27%

  • at 4:59 he looks like a bona-fide gangsta

  • the greatest

  • if i were japanese id vote for this guy :D

  • I blame the nuclear radiation.

  • "sounds like a fake speech"

but it is real, check the japanese blogsphere. after reading into his views, i kind of agree with him.

  • sounds like a fake speech

  • He's got my vote.

  • left wing, right wing, and aleph...etc

they all want to overthrow the government, but can they? hard question but all of us have their own interests.

  • hes kinda scary:(

  • I'm writing his name in on every ballot in every election from this point on.

  • He never blinks.

  • Does not announcing your plans to overthrow the government on national TV have any sort of backlash in Japan? You say that in America and you've got yourself a trip to guantanimo bay

  • Japan is a VERY Conformist nation-he has BALLS to say that shit. Probably nothing official, but as they said he has been in jail before

  • Oh I see , yea no doubt haha

  • This guy hates his country and his countrymen? He doesn't care about the will of the majority and he thinks his country should be scrapped? He should move to America. He'd make a great Liberal Democrat.

  • Once upon a time, some other "madmen" once decided that they didn't like the way they were being ruled and decided to scrap the system and revolt. You have pictures of many of them on your money.

Though probably WRONG, this guy has the guts to speak up and do something; more than I can say about most people.

Get over it: the era of the right-wing bigoted hate-monger is over.

Obama'08, a moderate Supreme Court, & a strong Democratic majority in Congress. The train is coming down the tracks!!

  • The difference between those "madmen" and this clown is they had a coherent plan of action for the future. By the way: who pray tell, ever called them "mad"? Certainly not mad King George III. He just denounced them as "traitors!" With Obama at the helm, the only place "the train" is heading is right over the precipice! Afrocentric Obama will do for America what David Dinkins did for New York: absolutely nothing! Mark my words.

  • I've seen nothing in Obama's actions nor have I heard anything in his speeches to label him as "Afro centric", but at least now we all know how you think, sir.

He's not my candidate of choice, but he beats the alternative.

  • A wise man once said "Denial is not a river in Egypt." Obama was an ACTIVE member of an Afrocentrist "church" for over 20 years. The ONLY reason he left it was because of heat he was getting from the Republican-aligned elements in the media. Otherwise he'd still be a member. For the record: I don't support Obama, McCain or Hillary!

  • Wow. Your little speech is almost as nutty as his -but not as entertaining. I look forward to seeing your vid on Youtube!

  • Ah, You Tube - the last bastion of cowards and bigots! And all hiding behind fake names!

Yeah, his speech was nutty, but as funny as he is, he's not afraid. He uses his own name, he goes to jail for his beliefs, and he has no expectations that people will follow him. That's what folks like you will never understand.

    Get a life.

  • This is what you think . You don't know History, you don't know about anarquism, or else. I think his ( the japanese) fac-simile of nazi-psicose gets you well, right? You, probabily, fake. Get a school.

  • I'm speaking about the "true" against the "fake".

  • You are a moron. Learn to speak and write English. I can't be bothered by idiots who can't even spell, much less put together a cohesive thought.

  • i disagree.

you must learn more about anarquism.

  • Another fine speech. So..when's you're vid coming on?

  • this shit is ill. M.I.A. puts thin in the beginning of her concerts

  • That was hilarious! If you stop reading the text and just concentrate on the guy, he seems like an alien... his way of articulating himself is so foreign and... comedic.

  • wait, what? He wants to win by telling his minority followers to not vote for him?

  • Too bad he didn't win.

  • I would vote for this man.

  • I saw M.I.A. use this video at her concert yesterday in San Francisco. epic win.

  • I don't get the "radical left" thing. Presentation aside, his ideas sound like straight neoconservatism except he talks straight about what he wants to accomplish.

  • Actually, it sounds like alot of people who ride my bus - people who know that elections are bullshit. The only difference is that people on my bus don't tend to want a collective struggle against all this bullshit, they just wanna try to live as they already are. Which is sad.

I wouldn't call him left or right by the way, as he is dismissing the entire political spectrum. Remember it is the right and left wing of CAPIATLISM.

  • 'Hi, I get my politics from an anime site.'

  • Viva Kouitchi Toyama!!!

  • master O.O

  • I wonder if he would still believe in what hes preaching (anti-majority tyranny) if his views became the majority and the opposing viewpoints became the minority.
