@favellfilms Sorry about the delay.. not sue whats happened with you cam? Are you holding the power button down long enough? Is the battery in correctly? Obvious questions, but ya never know.
@hosey31 You dont notice the screen at all. The blue light is very unnoticeable. You have to look in that direction to confirm it's on. So no, no distraction.
here's a question, at night time, does the light from the inside of the goggles completly cloud your view? i'd imagine that there isn't changable lenses for this product either, so clear lenses aren't an option are they?
@Jmyster4 I just bought them, and the impact and summit series are the same, except impact comes with clear lenses and summit comes with amber vented skiing lenses, not suitable for snowmobiling. Liquid image has replacable lenses, and foam. these things are basically all rebuildable minus if you broke the camera/frames...
@CANTUSEACAMERA it uses a lithium rechargeable battery. I was surprised, but on a full charge it lasted the almost the entire day. You can get spare ones and charge em the night before so your locked and loaded.
I just added the page with the prices. After this video I took the summits for a spin up at Whistler. So easy to use, so straight forward. If you don't need a camera to mount, these are ideal for the snow and they can convert to MX goggles for the summer. Awesome!!
Also, Is this as good as Gopro Hero 2?

@TheSKLord well this model will not shoot 1080p only 720p but thats more what you want for snow boarding anyway.

What kind of battery does this use? AAA? because it would be nice to have spares so you could film a whole day of skiing...
