Back when I was a Christian, one of the things I miss the most about having a religion is its hymns. Listening to this one brought back so many memories of happiness and hope - this song just makes you feel so bright inside. This is what being a lover of Jesus is supposed to be about, it's not about stopping yourself eating too much or converting others to the religion; it's about being happy and trying to make others happy. I teared up just remembering how wonderful this song made me feel.

Would you like to know why i died on the cross? Its difficult to understand unless you've actually done it, I died to see what would happen if I gave up my will to something I had no idea was true. I did that all those 2000 years ago, and strangely enough because of the way in which I did it - destroying my physical being - I had to do it again in a different way. So in this life I decided to destroy the idea of my own existence and try and save my body from actual death. And it worked!!

Praise Jesus is LORD. I used to be an atheist doing medical research until I cried out to God and He spoke to me and filled me with the Holy Spirit. Praise the Holy Lord. Please pray I find a new job after my prejudice atheist coworkers fired me for being a christian and after Holy Spirit told me I should have an attitude of Faith at work and no longer need to validate hypothesis or make calibrations. Would you like to know why i died on the cross? Its difficult to understand unless you've actually done it, I died to see what would happen if I gave up my will to something I had no idea was true. I did that all those 2000 years ago, and strangely enough because of the way in which I did it - destroying my physical being - I had to do it again in a different way. So in this life I decided to destroy the idea of my own existence and try and save my body from actual death. And it worked!!

Praise Jesus is LORD. I used to be an atheist doing medical research until I cried out to God and He spoke to me and filled me with the Holy Spirit. Praise the Holy Lord. Please pray I find a new job after my prejudice atheist coworkers fired me for being a christian and after Holy Spirit told me I should have an attitude of Faith at work and no longer need to validate hypothesis or make calibrations. Because of Jesus I was twice as productive as my coworkers,but still I get terminated!!! :(

i'm not a religious person but my parents decided to send me (instead of my siblings) to Christian schools anyway, and it was at these Christian schools that I discovered the magic of hymns. Religion is truly disgusting... Worshipping something you don't know even exists? How about live your life and just be a good person and enjoy your life on Earth. No one will ever know if there is actually a hell or heaven. Someone just made up all these "rules" that you have to live by. Just live your live cause' you don't have long and enjoy mother nature.

@Chlobospicycheetos yes true but you also know that judging other people's belief is offensive. We have our own way of living just as the way you are living. and just as you said just enjoy your life on earth, other people enjoy living like this so lets just respect each others.

@Chlobospicycheetos Religion is man trying to please God Christanity is about Gods loveing grace and what is god is doing for us.All we have to do is accept what Jesus Christ did for us on the cross and let god work in our lives.God loves us

@Chlobospicycheetos If you talk to a Christian you'll find that they do enjoy life - it's easy to say that living by "a set of rules" is boring. The truth is that having faith in Jesus gives you a deep joy and contentment that nothing on earth can give. You'll also find that most Christians are much better people because of their faith than they would be without Jesus. The real reason you commented here is because somewhere deep down you know there's more to what earth can give you.

@fintalily I saw the same warning in a bathroom at the airport. it said If anyone adds to the words I wrote on this bathroom wall, God will add to him the plagues described on this bathroom wall (stomach pain, diarrhea, etc) if anyone takes away from the words of this bathroom wall of prophecy, God will take away his share in the tree of life & the holy city which are described on this bathroom wall - Must have been written by the same child who wrote the same warning in REV 22:18
