@ 3Sharky. Before this setup I had a Sony32'' LCD and Onkyo 5 ch surround with PS2 and xbox. Sold both the red and black and got the 360 slim.

Does this shizzle work only with HDMI cables?

Because I have a Philips DVD player, pretty old one and it's not HDMI, but when I turn him on the TV will go automatically on AV2,

but when I turn on my PS3, with SCART (No HDMI Cable) nothing happens..

Is this feature only HDMI?

Depends what PC u have.. but a PC with PS3 graphics will probably cost more than a PS3 so i would go for a PS3 if i were u.. just my opinion ok? =D

The slim uses less power and makes less heat and runs virtually silent. The buttons feel much better than the touch sensitive ones, at least to me. If the PS3 you already have is still in perfect working condition than you should keep it, but if the size, heat and power consumption is an issue than the slim is worth considering. I got one because I'm compulsive and couldn't help myself.  lol

the slim doesnt have the fans in it, so even tho it gets less hot the hot air isnt really going anywhere so it kind of cancels itself out. the ps3 u have is the superior

PS3 slim not only use less than 50% energy as compared to the PS3 fat, it also has a massive fan that runs extremely silent. The slim is a much better engineered design.

Xbox Live lag? Only if you have a bad connection. PS3 on the other hand is laggy, but that's because it is free (At least that's what I heard).
