It's so sad, the rise in teen pregnancy. Are these kids dumb? If you don't want a baby DO NOT have sex. Birth control/condoms are not 100 percent effective in preventing pregnancy. What 14 year old needs to know about condoms etc anyway? It's scary. And the rise in teen marriages is freaky too.
