Just so you know, I think I'm going to try this on an actual gameboy pretty soon. I have read all of your descriptions, and I want to make sure I'll get everything right. The optimal frame pressing is A on the first and B on the next without the down arrow, and what frame do you shut the game off after the initial "Saving game..." message?

you mean a speedrun? you dont need to optimize frames for regular play (even on a speedrun you dont have to optimize frames)

For saving it's about the beginning of the message, I really suggest you check the video and time it yourself (your last button press makes the Yes No question dissapear, and when the screen whited out it was because I turned the game off)

@bullethead2202 Don't worry, I'm not retarded. I know perfectly well that a frame can be from 1/30th of a second to 1/60th of a second depending on game. And yet people perform tricks in games all of the time that require frame perfect settings! See: going through walls in Mario 3, optimal MegaMan bosses, etc. All I'm saying is if you were to get the timing correct 100 times, chances are you'll get some sort of effect just once. This is just a more extreme example.

Something I did in it which may be of interest is I made is to the "lower" screen when loaded glitched into loading the rocket base. Maybe it's possible to skip the battle and walk into the hall? Just throwing it out there.
