hey i have a different fossil watch but i'm sure it's the same, the top circle thing on mine won't start or do anything. the instructions are hard to understand (my first fossil watch) but it says to pull the crown to 3 and then use a and b, but doing so does nothing to anything

My only complaint about this watch is that the inside edges of the bank links don't have a painted finish like the rest of the watch. This means that unless you have a very large wrist, you will see the silver metal and the paint bleeding colors (google the model and you can see pictures of what I mean on rahmatkhamis site).

On some websites, the CH2601 has 2 gloss stipes on the band, which isn't the design the official site has.

Has anyone noticed that when you reset stopwatch that both 1/10 and seconds hands reset, but minutes hand on the stopwatch retains its position. Is my watch flawed or is this the case with all the models?

The longest hand is not chronograph second hand so the tachymeter bezel is like totally waste....the instruction manual has the different arrangements for hands, which can really let you read tachymeter...

I understand it is minutes, but it goes around wildly on mine like in this video for the first minute, then just stays at 00 until I press the buttons again, which it then seems to jump at kind of random intervals. Help me understand what is happening in this top dial!

@shreyans94 I figured it out. If you press the button on the top, then it will start a stop-watch. The bottom dial is 60 seconds, the left one is 60 minutes, and the top on is 1/10 of a second. The top dial has four things on it: "00 05 00 05". The 00's at the top and bottom are every second, and the 05's on the sides are half seconds. If you stop it before one minute is up (when it is moving fast) you can see the exact minute, second, and from the top- tenth of a second.

@shreyans94 After a minute it stops spinning, as the watch assumes you are timing something longer than one minute. When you press the button again (either one), the dials will all stop, and the top one will move to one of the first ten notches, to indicate the 1/10 of a second that you currently stopped on. Youtube taught me all of this. I know you don't care but I had to say it to solidify my understanding. Plus now you know!

@cruisx im  pretty fair so i find matching a black watch with clothes generally much easier..I actually wanted to get the white version but i changed my mind because its pretty hard to read the dials and it would get dirty very fast

@zx6rdood thats to calculate the minutes.top most dial is for milliseconds and the bottom dial for seconds..it didnt move coz it havent reached 1 min yet.simple
