  • I canNOT tell you how excited you have made me about journalling! I coloured and created 2 pages all afternoon and drew pictures in watercolour of what we had for supper, where we went, and what we did. Now I'm going to Michaels tomorrow with my friends; got my coupon in my pocket and can't wait to check out the stamps!!

    Just wanted you to see my effort in making corrugated paper. I made it back in 2009 - not as easy as you did though - I usually do things the hard way LOL.

    My video is titled Distressed Corrugated Page - Part 1 and then there's a Part 2.

  • I used to work for a thermography print shop, believe me I understand about getting inspiration from anywhere. I still have a lot of "scraps" from there and hope to share them with some of the paper crafters I meet. ... but great... now I want a crimper too! LOL

  • @JournalArtista - its basically like embossing except on a larger scale. Its done on business cards. Its a raised print done with powders and heat.

  • you could paint the ripped are of the patterned paper with paint, which would give a similar effect to the paper being double sided with different patterns. love your videos

  • I've been thinking or looking at my crimped for awhile now, I 've had it for a long time (16 years?) it was one of the first tools I got when I started,lol. I'm going to dust it off first! I'm loving this technique I will have to try it! Tfs
