  • I respect this a great deal. It seems the part of TRUE fiscal responsibility has been lost on the GOP, certainly for the last 8 years. The contractors who gave our soldiers substandard food, and couldn't even ground their wiring properly resulting in numerous deaths, received these funds without oversight or a proper bidding process. We have an obligation to our service men and women to do better than this. Good Luck, Sen. McCaskill. Perhaps you could speak with Rep. Paul about this.
