@MyYTFaves He does it like this: He video tapes a womans face somehow. Then he puts that tape into a VCR, turns on the TV and presses play. The tape start rolling, and the face appeared on the screen. Then he tries to make you think that its a face of a ghost woman seen trough the TV.

It's definitely a fake because I know EXACTLY who it is a photo of! Her name is Lene Lovich. She was a punk singer from the late 70's. I've even seen that photo before! Go to Google images and see tons of pictures of her. And -- she's still alive.

ok seeing that i got no answer for my last question i did a little research myself and spoke to a video editing and enhancing expert, and she claims that the cloudy effect is usually achieved by using a video enhancer in witch it is possible to see what looks like people or things and then manipulate them to your hearts desire to even more resemble these things, so more then likely all of these videos we are watching are fake people and objects.iam sorry to hear this because it is interesting.

I don't know the legitimacy of this, I do believe that the person who recorded this believes what he/she is saying. What I will say though is this gives me the chills more than anything I have seen in a hell of a long time. I really don't scare easily but this really gets to me!
