Many companies large and small are currently making each employee do the work of 1.5 people rather than hiring new people to help them. And the average employee is not really benefiting from his/her increase in productivity. Many companies have already removed the time and a half for overtime benefit. This, while American companies sit on an all time record $2 trillion in cash reserves. The inhumanity of actively encouraging this trend for political purposes truly exposes these people.

Many companies large and small are currently making each employee do the work of 1.5 people rather than hiring new people to help them. And the average employee is not really benefiting from his/her increase in productivity. Many companies have already removed the time and a half for overtime benefit. This, while American companies sit on an all time record $2 trillion in cash reserves. The inhumanity of actively encouraging this trend for political purposes truly exposes these people.

They realize the majority (even the 99%ers) are either anti-capitalists or pro-complete unionization of all workers. The tea party however was lower taxes, more freedom, more individual responsibility. As for who I know my cousin, my aunt (lives in LA), two of my college friends who live in NYC.

Unemployment created by low aggregate demand cause aggregate demand to shrink again, and we fall into a vicious circle.
