@EighteesBaby - I don't know about in this video but I saw them recently and I think it's something like a boss tuner and some kind of boost. Most of the tone comes from the space echo set right at the point of distorting/going into feedback. At that point he uses dynamics and boost to push the space echo off the ledge and bring it back.

@EighteesBaby glimmertwin's right about the space echo. The pedals I've seen him use are a boss DD-3 and some sort of nameless-two-knob fuzz.
