Do i have to create still picture in my mind or a a moving one (e.g moving to different parts the place i have sellected ? Im not really getting this exersize ,please help...
I used my memory and it was moving pictures. The key to this exercise is to focus your mind on one particular event/memory and think about it. During this exercise, spend your time dwelling only on this one thing and see it in as much detail as possible. You want to learn how to use your mind to the best of your ability and this exercise will help.
Mostly the first one, in an effort to control your body and make the mental connection. However, it is important to sit still and RELAX through all the exercises.

Is it absolutely essential to not move a muscle in the later excersises? Or just the firs one and the idea of the later ones is completely different?
