Actually, they're fuzzy because I didn't have any plastic tubing of any sort or metal tubing (I wish!) to make the Pushbar and Rollbar. I use pipecleaners instead, which seemed to work. The new rollcage (seen in the Rebuild video) is made from a General Lee plastic rollcage from a Dukes of Hazzard model.

Na, too skinny :P. I thought about it, but it was too skinny (not to mention it would rust), lol :P.

you can choose the thickness you want, and no... it wont rust.... if you want, you can use the soldering wires...... trust me....lol....

I usually try to use stuff around the house (usually found over my dad's), so unfortunately no majorly thick wires over there :P. That, and the rollcage looks pretty good without having to be metal :P.

if you used the rollbar from a general lee model, why didnt you use the push bar to?

It wasn't the right kind. The pushbar I made is designed off of a Westin Safari Light Pushbar, the General Lee is a 'Base' pushbar. That, and it didn't fit with the "beak" on the GTO's front bumper :P
