Thanks for your comment - wish I could sing then i could make it longer!! The equipment is a cheap Eurorack mixer and the red Fostex MR8 digital recorder. I use a standard dynamic mike. Then pipe this audio stream into the video editor (Powerdirector 5.0) The guitar is Larivee (Canadian)
Ah so you are not using the computer to record with. You are using the fostex and then importing the sound into pd 5.0? I think I understand. Thanks for the answer.
