Yeah a fine for Anti Obama sticker or one for any political candidate is certainly outrageous.

Freedom of speech makes that a no brainer.

However I don't have a problem with stupid people being fined $25,000, per example people under the belief that Obama is a socialist and not a rather conservatively oriented liberal.

@jeroel7 If you wanna talk about healthcare then I applaud Obama for even trying to trying to keep the diseased pay per procedure private system alive. I would have likely scraped it and tried for a single payer system.

If you want evidence of this look at the Medicare Advantage, which was sold to the public as a means to cut cost through privatization. It allowed for private insurers to be funded through medicare. But as it turns out, have risen by 12% above regular Medicare costs on average.

Ah, a year has passed and now the NDAA has passed with an indefinite detention provision for American citizens SUSPECTED of terrorism (ie, people who pay with cash, people with more than 7 days of food, anyone with a gun or ammunition, anti-war protestors, anti-obama supporters, Ron Paul supporters, you name it) can be indefinitely detained or assasinated at the discretion of the president.
