  • pitbulls are not aggressive dogs, its the people that raise the dogs to become aggressive. people need to get their facts straight before saying something stupid.

  • I've been to two wars spent 8 years in the military killed alot of people. but watching these puppies being saved I can't stop crying... I don't know how anyone could do any of these horrible things to dogs...they are just so trusting and loving I wanna hug them all....need more tissues

  • so much for the pitbulls so called aggressive nature just walked off with a complete stranger even though it was scared and injured

  • @forzaazzurri101 Before making such a dumb FUCK (sorry your own word and you probably can't understand anything else) statement look what this guy is doing. People like you make the world what it is becoming: A bad place to live. I expect a dirty answer from you, go ahead, it will not change anything, neither for you nor for me.

  • @joimko2 shut the fuck up faggot

  • @forzaazzurri101 Many thanks, same to you!

  • Oh my gosh this is adorable and amazing. I hope my future husband loves dogs like this. People like you remind me of my favorite quote by Emerson, "“To know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived - that is to have succeeded" :)

  • Well done

  • What a beautiful dog! I have never met a Pit that wasn't a sweetheart!

  • who ever disliked this is an asshole

  • Put you On my channel and facebook :)

  • I love this guy. And this just prooves that not every pitbull is visious. He just went up to a total stranger pitbull that was hungry, tired, and injured, the most dangrouse time to rescue a dog. And he did it without the big bad mean pitbull biteing hime :)

  • @TheDCU Hey. The voting is actually over... we were voted among the TOP 10 charities in the U.S. (not just animal charities, but all charities - cancer, children... 500,000 groups participated in this competition).

Thank you so much for offering to help :-)

    Eldad

  • @eldad75 You live near Long Beach?! I thought you lived in Florida lol. :) Well I live about an hour from there lol. Who knew! Maybe someday I could come help you guys out!

  • I would be scared to put my face near a pit bull. You definitely have a special skill.

  • Parabens pelo seu otimo trabalho ...um abraço do Brasil

  • thank you

  • All pit bulls are not mean...im tired of hearing that and this video proves its definitely not true. She is as sweet as can be...to someone she doesnt even know..and shes in pain!!!!!!!!!!!Hes an angel for saving her!

  • Thats very kind of you to rescue that sweet dog.Its such a shame people ignores her and stayed away just because shes a 'pit bull'.

  • thank you soooo much for eing so kind you are a total child of god!!!!!!!!!GOD BLESS YOU !!!!!!!!!!

  • jeepers creepers where'd that pit get its peepers!poor thing

  • when i saw you kiss the dog, i really want to cry. thanks for doing this kind of job. God bless you

  • I found a stray pit a few weeks back. I coaxed it into my sports car and took it to my vet. He had tags w/# ,but I couldn't get ahold of the owner. Told the vet to kennel him till they found them, I'd pay and call me when they did. Idiot owners showed and said they always let him wonder (hillbillies). Vet told them to keep him contained. Havn't seen him since I hope he's ok.

He was a perfectly sweet boy. Pit's just another dog. Everyone needs to get on board with the truth about them.

  • Pitbulls are banned here in the UK but are still bred widely and kept for fighting or status symbols by gangster/drug dealer chav types. They give these dogs such a bad name encouraging them to be aggressive.

I couldn't leave Karma there anymore than you did. I hope those people learned something from seeing you ignore their advice and go rescue her anyway.

  • :-0

OMG, she is GORGEOUS! Look at those eyes! I WANT HERRRRRR...! But I live in a place where people aren't allowed to have pit bulls. Every time I see one of these beautiful dogs neglected and abused by people who don't even know how lucky they are to be able to own such a great dog it makes me so angry and sad., I can't even tell you.

Eldad, I hope this dog was saved and taken in by people who will love her. She deserves it.

  • I hate how people feel about pit bulls. My mother and I recently adopted a Pit/Border Collie mix from a shelter where they REFUSED to admit he had any pit in him even though....looking at his face you KNEW he had pit. He's the light of our life, and I'm tired of people being afraid of them. Be afraid of meanies who train their animals wrongly.

  • what facebook vote? is it over...Ok i'll go look. you got m vote!

  • i wish everyone who thought pitbulls are naturally aggressive would watch this video shes gorgeous and i wish i had someway to help more than just voting and passing this on but i really have no means to.. when im finally on my feet in my own place and my daughter is old enough to understand dogs arent toys im going to foster dogs i swear! i love dogs too much to see them being hurt like that and people saying "just leave it" IT is a living creature and IT only wants to live and be loved like us

  • The comments below indicate to me that Eldad's videos are now reaching a widespread audience and not just people who know him which is a great thing. I have seen Eldad in action and have even videoed him myself. I understand that to someone not familiar with Hope for Paws or with Eldad the video may appear "staged" because he truly has a way with animals and makes it look so easy. You can rest assured that there is nothing fake here! Congrats on another beautiful rescue, Eldad.

  • Io sono con te Eldad, bravo !

  • how could so many people just leave that poor dog there?

  • Bravo Eldad! Scared and injured dogs respond to your gentle touch and loving calm energy. Thank you for saving this sweet dog. I hope Karma is doing well and will get her forever home.

  • Wow. It takes a lot of nerve to sit behind a computer and question those that spend their days and nights selflessly rescuing defenseless animals. Perhaps I need to post Karma's xrays here to prove the extent of her injuries. Eldad, keep up the heroic work. Karma thanks you!

  • @CoastalGSRescue-once again, I am NOT questioning the efforts of Eldad's work. I APPLAUD LOUDLY WHAT HE IS DOING, My comment was based on the video footage ONLY & already gave my reasons. THAT IS ALL is was meant to be-don't turn this into something more than it is. Oh, FYI - I visit rescue shelters several times a year in my area, & donate food, & money when I can. I really wish I could take home some of them but I already have three dogs. I LOVE ANIMALS, but SOME people not so much!

  • Great job, Eldad and Audrey! You Rock for Animal Rescue!

To all the haters out there, get a life...

  • @mikegtucson - Since when does having an opinion constitute being a hater.

I am entitled to my opinion just as you are.

Like I already said, I applaud those who rescue animals and the work they do. My opinion concerned the video footage itself - AND ONLY THAT!!

Maybe you should learn how to read because obviously the point I was trying to make went way over your head.

  • Thank you so much! You are such a blessing to these animals. Voted!

  • Another wonderful job, Eldad. She looked like she was waiting for you to come help her. Thank you. VOTED~

  • thanks..i voted.

    ..you're a hero

  • BOL (Bark Out Loud) for Hope for Paws. You got my Chase VOTE!!!

Also, it's incredible how people live to devour others good and well documented efforts such as these dogs Hope for Paws lives for. Some comments insinuating "fraud" to win this competition lead me to suspect a rival rescue's jealously. If not, then take a look at the MANY videos, testimonies, etc. that support the VALIDITY of Hope for Paws even without this Karma video. That's what Chase will do. ((Duh!))

  • Once again, I have tears in my eyes. You are such an inspiration! I have voted and have spread the word. I pray that you win the money because you deserve every penny so you can save more dogs. These guys would not have stood a chance if not for you. You are my hero!

  • Again, I have tears in my eyes. You are such an inspiration! I have voted and have spread the word. I pray that you win. You deserve every penny to help save more dogs... many that would not have had a chance not for you.

  • Get your vote in to Hope for paws (Facebook)

    Cross post.

to Rosanna: It is actually not all that surprising that a pit bull does allow a stranger to come up to it, while hurt. Pits are notorious for their high threshold to pain, and this one appears quite tame so it probably knows that the stranger is well meaning and senses his kindness.

  • Admittedly I'm not familiar with pit bulls, but we have 3 dogs, and when one just gets a burr in their paws, they won't put the foot down or walk on it, or at best they at least hobble. This particular dog did not hobble at all. It walked like a dog that was not injured. I have no beef with the organization, I love animals of all kinds. I just think THIS particular video was staged.

  • @rosanna1953 before making comments like this....you might want to educate yourself on the breed......not ment to fight with you just giving you a little helpful advice is all

  • And further more, if he had a broken leg, how come we didn't see the guy or whoever was with him, PICK THE DOG UP, instead of making it walk, and rush the poor animal to a vet. Maybe the story was true originally, but was this a RE-ENACTMENT??

  • If you ever had the chance to meet Eldad, or his wife Audrey, you would know that these people are the real thing - they would never do anything except rescue, respect and save countless animals. It's pretty sickening that some people think Hope for Paws has anything but the most honorable of intentions.

  • For any of you "newbies" or "doubters" out there, posting negative comments or suggesting this, or any of Eldad's, videos are fake... you're obviously just surfing the web, lookin' for a fight! Do you know him? Have you ever met Eldad or accompanied him on one of his rescues?

  • @henleyst - I was not surfing the web looking for a fight. The link to this video was given to me by a concerned friend who knows I produce videos and asked for my opinion because they came to the same conclusion I did. NOTHING NEGATIVE WAS MENTIONED ABOUT THE CAUSE, just the video itself

  • No, it's not the content of the video. It's the way he presents it. The whole thing looks staged. Maybe he does save animals, but in this clip, he fails to get his message across. He adds offensive and overly dramatic LOUD music to the clip as well, and without adding any details in the description, he tells us to vote or make a donation. The more you try to defend him, the more it looks like you are part of this "fake" video.

  • FYI; animals can put weight on a broken pelvis. I've seen it done while working as a vet tech, myself. This doesn't mean it isn't painful for the animal nor should it go left un-treated.

To suggest Eldad (or his wife Audrey) are doing anything other than miraculous, selfless rescue work... oftentimes putting himself in harm's way; is pure ignorance. There's no one else out there LIKE him!!

    ~RT in LA

  • @henleyst - You are putting words in my mouth that I DID NOT SAY. I DID NOT SAY Eldad himself or his efforts were fake - read my posts again. I was questioning the video itself. It looked like a re-enactment which is why I posed the questions that I did. I film and edit instructional videos for a living and there are times you have to do re-enactments. I was NOT making any personal attack on the guy himself - JUST THE VIDEO because the dog was walking as if it wasn't hurt.

  • How can you call someone biased when they don't even know this Eldad guy and they haven't even criticized him? What a dumbass. Rosanna didn't even attack the guy. She only stated that the CONTENT of the video looks like it's staged and I agree with her. That's not the same as attacking the individual. Paranoid psycho.

  • this is one of the million reasons we love you & Audrey... so many turn their backs on these poor suffering beings... the world is a better place, and with HOPE, becuase you walk among us... Thank you...

  • While I applaud the work to rescue animals & have complete admiration for those who do, I would just like to know how the dog in this video managed to walk effortlessly without even hobbling or struggling to walk or be able to put any weight on it, if it's leg was broken. Also, any stranger that walks up to a wounded animal, would usually be met by some sort of aggression towards the approaching person (the dog's way of defending himself), unless it knew & trusted that person. Just curious.

  • I totally agree. Looks fake.

  • Yay Eldad! You're the best. I wanna vote but I don't know where to go - can you post a link maybe? Or maybe I have missed it...

  • It won't let me post the link, but if you search CHASE COMMUNITY GIVING in Facebook, then click on the VOTE HERE tab. Then click on voting is now open check out the leaders...Hope for Paws is like 15th right now. Thanks!!!

  • Thank you, Eldad.

You are one in a million.

  • Facebook users! Search CHASE COMMUNITY GIVING and vote for HOPE FOR PAWS. Help Eldad continue his awesome work! Do it now. There are only a few more days. Tell your friends!

  • Great job once again, Karma is adorable, and i hope she finds the greatest home. Thanks again, and i am crossing my fingers that you get the chance to win this million dollars so you can save so many more lives! God knows these animals deserve all they can to be helped!

  • Once again Eldad You are HERO!!!
