I want to thank you in advance for showing incredible beauty that have the species of lynx. Here in Portugal and Spain the Iberian lynx is almost extinct and is abhorrent to see some videos I've seen on people who keep this wonderful animal in the world, which belongs to everyone and that some species are almost extinct, as mentioned above, in captivity for luxury and personal pleasure. Thank you for showing who is the Lynx while animal and belongs in the world in general. Thank you.

Actually caracals are no longer considered lynx but are believed to be related to the serval. The four lynx species are Lynx Lynx (Eurasian Lynx), Lynx Canadensis (Canadian Lynx), Lynx Rufus (Bobcat), Lynx Pardinus (Iberian Lynx)

yes caracals area type of lynx and yes there are several types of lynx-ie iberian [spanish]canadian and scandinavian. they are cute-cos they are heavy bodied/muscular and they have huge paws to cope with snow and cos they have stumpy tails and they also have flattish owl like faces and side-burns so all in all they look cuddly and cute and they are lovely-but surely not as beautifully marked as leopards/tigers or jaguars ? anyway nice photos of a very beautiful cat-mostly i like their short tail

i luv the short tails and the tuft of black hair on the tip of the ears. also the ruff under the neck which has black bars (not very visible) which reminds me of a bow tie. what about the large paws padded for walking on snow and long whiskers on the face.
