The average, sane, white person does not want to nor can control black people, agreed. I think what it comes down to that the people in power are taking advantage of the lower classes. I think that this 'stereotype' (for lack of a better term) comes from the fact that those with the most power happen to be white many times. I would Like to point out that it is a law, that in jobs the employer MUST hire the minority of they have equal qualifications. Which means if there's a black and a white the must hire the black because it's a minority.

I would Like to point out that it is a law, that in jobs the employer MUST hire the minority of they have equal qualifications. Which means if there's a black and a white the must hire the black because it's a minority.

You could have saved youself a lot of time here by just realising that when people say 'the white man doesn't want blacks to succeed' (which I've never personally heard outside movies and TV shows myself), they mean "black people are faced with inequality within the system e.g. loans, housing, jobs etc."
If you research, you'll find that it is indisputable that this discrimination is present. Now many non black/Latino people want to say that isn't the case - hell, I'd love for it not to be...

Inequality on jobs is based off of not having proper college education. If blacks get that, then all of their problems with jobs, loans and housing would be solved.
