Whoever made this copy pasted Scarlet`s "yankees are comming" to make it look slightly different.
PLUS! the movie is based on a best seller of the time, no way they didnt know how to end a scene!
I think the reason why they had her repating that line is because she just discovered the very harsh sick that has shoved itself in the spokes of her escape plan. She's terrified, nervous, tired and starved and Prissy is absolutely worthless. I'd be dumbfounded too.
