What people don't understand is that this is a video showing you how to put stuff on your HDD/USB and not how to get free content... The only Free Content you can get with a retail xbox is the stuff that is DRM-FREE. My site has all the current DRM-Free content that includes: Borderlands/Fallout 3/Fallout New Vegas/Oblivion/Mafia 2/Dragon Age Origins DLC and a few Arcade Games.

They can only ban you if you use something that another xbox live user has bought off of the xbox live marketplace. If it drm, which means downloaded off of a dlc disc, then it is not bannable because it is not "linked" to anyones account

Thanks. I've used XBLA Thief to download a couple games that were originally free but got taken down (Dash of Destruction). Now I don't have to miss out on this!

My main question though: there are some games that you have to pay for on the actual market place but are downloadable through XBLA Thief as full games without a profile required. Could these get me banned? Are these cracked or did the developers just forget to include code to check licensing junk?

It needs the right profile account to work. So doesn't work for most people like me.

I can see the game on HDD in Memory option, but when I get the library, it doesn't shows up.
