Cause there are obviously more cricket fans in India than Pakistan and SA simply because of the number of population... and they signed a low grade player like Yuvraj (Ok not that low grade) because they didn't have enough money to purchase license for some1 like Tendulkar. They just had money to purchase one more license and they chose Yuvraj from India... (No racist comments please. Thank you)
