olis a throat screamer, its much more painful, but it gets a more unique sound if you get good at it, but throat screaming kills your voice after a little while. The "right" way to scream is either diaphram screaming, where you push the air from your diaphram and not from your throat, or inhale screaming, where you use your mouth and vocal chords to direct the air. There really is no right way to scream, just different ways to do it.
