i give you a tip for starting backflip!!! -> think about it! think about what you have to do in the air!.. and just do it!!! it is a low trick and really easy if you just do it!!!...no fear!!!! :)

i think there is nothing more to a backflip! in my hometown there are little children (8-9 years old) doing backflip like a carthweel! in my opinion there is only 2 thinks...1. technique(what is really really easy) and 2. just do it (no fear! but respect!!)

Bad shit with the car man. But wish U to recover soon. I don't supose that anyone else would want tutorial about this, but no metter I say I'd love to see a nice backflip with a half twist tutorial. I'm trying to do a roundoff backflip with a half twist, so I can continue with another roundoff, but all I get is always fulltwists. The same goes with one and a half fulltwist. When I try it, I get a double fulltwist. I would love to see some nice technique explaned :)
