Creating Click Tracks in Ableton Live

Thanks a lot for making this! i was wondering if you could make a tutorial on how to make a click track that follows a song with differing bpms and time signatures? im trying to record a song but dont want to record it in segments and was wanting a full click track that i can play the whole song with
