Although Juve defender touches the ball last before mijatovic takes it , it's clear offside. That' s why when the ball leaves from R. Carlos, Peja is offside and the linesman had to show that. Of course referi could let players play and if Peja didnt' score, it wouldn't be problem. But only a 1/10 of a second after Carlos kicks the ball, it goes to Peja who affected the game. So it' clearly offside.

@Ryder4289 NO because mijatovic was in an offside position to begin with. and even that the juventus player touched the ball it was still in the same play action. so when mijatovic received the ball he came from a offside position
