  • Beautiful!!! Hope you plan to publish this in book form someday. TFS

  • I loved this video! Would you mind sharing what brand of sketchbook you use? I am just venturing into watercolor and was surprised you could color on each side of the paper.

  • @portabellopixie Oh, sorry, I make my own, so I can use paper I like! Usually 140 lb. watercolor paper, which is a bit hard to bind neatly, but lets me work on both sides...

  • @KateJosTube OH! Well they are lovely! Thank you for sharing. :)

  • very beautiful :D loved looking at your sketches!

  • Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

  • Beautiful sketchbook. You are really talented. Happy New Year! x

  • Thank you very much!

  • Beautiful sketch book...please show MORE!!!

  • Lovely sketches, Kate. Thanks so much for sharing. The commentary is great - would love to see more :-)

  • Thanks, Pooja, I will get more up one of these days...

  • Love it Kate! I think it'd be great if you showed the type of sketchbook you used...is it homemade or store bought? The sketches and color washes are great, I like how you used blue alone for a few.

  • Thanks, Marymac! I'll try to remember to show the sketchbook, it IS home made.

  • This is great! I loved the voiceover- there was more understanding of the pictures then :) And it was fun seeing all the sketchbook- I do wonder how you round your paper edges though!

  • Thank you, Rachel! I think that's an optical illusion, they're really not that round...

  • I LOVEd hearing you speak of what we are looking at--I would have liked to have spent longer looking and absorbing..Thanks for showing us this...

  • You can always hit "pause"...and thank you!

  • It is amazing how you can be in some place that's totaly mundane and paint a beautiful picture. Art is so much more than just a camera. You have the touch.

  • Yes, art is light and shapes and shadows and textures. That can be ANYthing! And thank you!
