It also has a number of other features, which are very basic, and come from somewhere inside your modern skull - NOT ancient Egypt. Any first year student of music can spot this. get real !

Now bebopdad if call bass guitars high tech then what the hell would be the technology that allowed them to build those pyramids. Each block is between 2.5 and 50 tons.. you can't have people alone dragging these blocks let alone stack them in that precise order.
To the discussion a couple days ago, most pyramids were built by regular citizens of Egypt. It was almost like a requirement of some Egyptians. Slaves did help but regular people played a huge part in it, too. Also, Egyptians used basic tools. They also had about 400 or more Egyptians pulling stones and such so in all, it was possible for them to build in it one lifetime. Could be wrong, but I believe this is the name of the scales i use to produce an Arabic/Egyptian/Spanish feel, depending on what kind of music I'm writing. it's very intricate, you may also want to look into modes, specifically the Phrygian ;)

And yes, anyone could build a pyramid, but to build one on such a scale as the Egyptians and having an interior with the same amount of complexity would take one smart five year old. And, to beat a dead horse, building the pyramids took an immense amount of knowledge about math and physics. Remember, the sides of the pyramids are all at the same angle to the ground and all of the edges are equal in length

Could be wrong, but I believe this is the name of the scales i use to produce an Arabic/Egyptian/Spanish feel, depending on what kind of music I'm writing. it's very intricate, you may also want to look into modes, specifically the Phrygian ;)

I remember building a mini one with blocks when i was young and even have a pict taken of the beatiful and realistic creation. like @10405 said, your dad is unestimating humans. If a 5 year old girl(who doesn't have much wisdom with math or physics can build a small version of it, I'm pretty sure grown humans can build a big version of it, if they put themselves to it

And, to beat a dead horse, building the pyramids took an immense amount of knowledge about math and physics.
