  • Part 1 - The seated version is different from the standing in to major ways. The first is where the hip angle is when the greatest amount of force is being applied due to gravity. The second and that the Hamstring play a very minimal part in the seated version.

  • Part 3 - In this variation the the hips are to slide to rear as you begin to flex forward. Now on the upward portion of the movement you will pull with your heels bringing your hips forward while simultaneously extending your back. This allows for the hamstrings to be utilized during the movement.

  • Whats the difference between Seated and Standing Good Mornings? Well, besides the obvious, but what are the advantages to doing them seated?
