TO EVERYONE WHO SAYS IT IS NOT WORKING: There are a variety of reasons why, like you're probably using a different beta version where Apple patched this bug, but there isn't much of a point in using it now since iOS 5 has been out for awhile.
If you downloaded the beta you need to activate your udid through a apple developer. luckily im a apple developer and can activate your udid so you can synch it through itunes. 8$ for udid activation. Check out my only video on my channel.

@roeixt Please read my comment at the top. Apply may have patched this bypass. This was the first release of the beta.

@roeixt he has a sim in it. If you do not have a sim in it get one for like 5 bucks and then what he is doing will work
