That track is called "Do That Stuff", and it's from the Parliament album "Mothership Connection (Live From Houston)"

Yea definitely. But I think that man at 0:50 got it bang on. Funk is "music that makes your neck and hips move in ways you cant practice". Thats what funk is !!!!!!

FUNK- 1. (ph-unk) Human rhythm recorded at a tempo in which the composer flirts with the timing of a metronome. 2. somethin' FUNKS so good that it STANK!!! I FOUND IT!!! Funk is nothin but good ol' human rhythm with some "slack" in it. Human rhythm isn't perfect and thats the beauty of it!

well the perfect funk is the controlling of the imperfection if you know what i mean. you can't just be all willy nilly. then you're just a bunch of silly dudes in a garage fleeing at any tempo
