Obama's a good man and a good president but what McChrystal said was right. Obama is very weak in terms of taking down al Queda. I hate George Bush but he was NOT afraid to take action towards terrorist and that was one thing I respected in him. McChrystal and many others in the military and everone in Special Operations want to be more brutal against the terrorists, using methods such as assassination and torture. Obama doesn't but if we are going to win this war, we have to do these things.

Obama was pushed into troop escalation by McChrystal, now -- rather than being rewarded with increased respect from McChrystal what is being revealed is the contempt they have for Obama and it is a slap in the face. But Obama has already put his foot in it by going along with troop escalation in the first place. Maybe this will teach him that you cannot placate the wolf?
